WLW Forensics was Grand at the Grand!

WLW Forensics was Grand at the Grand!

Wooooooooooooohoooooooooo! Mackinac has been a major success! From 1997-2013 Portage Northern has won Mackinac in sweeps, and last year we were the team to beat them! We took home an enormous 1st Place Horse trophy and a traveling Cup trophy, and this year we did it again! We have become a force to be reckoned with in the state of Michigan and we are very proud. A special thank-you to all our coaches, alumni judges, and parents who graciously volunteered to support and chaperone this weekend. WLW Was Running Birch Run!

Woooooooooohooooooo! Out of 13 entries, 12 made semis and 8 made finals. A humongous thank you to EVERYONE who made it out today, we understand the roads were really bad and we are so glad you came. A HUGE thank you to Callie for representing our team and Kristin for finishing out the day with us and judging. You will all be pleased to know that Western took home a Third Place trophy in the Medium Division of sweepstakes Also thanks to our competitors for sticking it out today! This was a really great tournament and we couldn't be any more proud of the team!
