Even the Squirrels Had Their Fill of WLW at the Wolverine Tournament
When we say Walled Lake Western cleaned the house we truly mean it! Demolishing the competition with a combined 355 sweepstakes points, we defeated even the next best team by 144 points. That's a lot! Another huge win for your WLW forensicators as we brought home a beautiful 1st place candy jar in the gold division. Our first thank you we'd like to send out goes to all the parents that came and supported their child and team yesterday. The second thank you specifically goes out to Mrs. Abbo, Mrs. Cooper, and Mrs. Bloch for bringing the snacks and hand-sanitizer! Moreover, we'd like to thank the many alumni and coaches who offered their services as judges for such a long day. You guys rock! One last brilliant thank you to the University of Michigan forensics team for hosting and doing their best to move the day forward. You will all be pleased to know that out of 37 entries, 37 BROKE TO SEMIS, and 23 BROKE TO FINALS! Please congratulate:
