WLW SMACKinac-ed the Competition at Mackinac!

This year's Mackinac tournament hosted over 700 people! We have become a force to be reckoned with in the state of Michigan and we are very proud. A special thank-you to all our coaches, alumni judges, and parents who graciously volunteered to support and chaperone this weekend. Also, a big thank-you to MSCI and the Grand Hotel for hosting this fabulous tournament. In the Grand division WLW tied for second but fell to third on a coin flip. Out of 25 events, 10 broke semi-finals, 5 broke finals, and 2 won! Please Congratulate:

WLW Foren(6), as in 6th in the State!

States was a tremendous journey and a phenomenal competition! As always an enormous thank you to the Ziegelmans, Coopers, Silvermans, and Fitzpatricks for their support and parenting. Also thank you to the Hampton Inn and Central Michigan University for hosting and containing wacky forensics kids. Furthermore, we are very proud of Taylor Dalton and Jerrie Young and their hard work in the tabs room, representing WLW Forensics well! Also a HUGE thank you to Callie, Corcoran, and Krystin for judging and supporting as usual! Moreover, thank you to everyone who helped set up awards. THE WLW FORENSICS TEAM TOOK 6TH IN THE STATE! Lastly, thank YOU competitors for your hard work and dedication to bring us to such an amazing tournament. Out of 23 events, 9 advanced to semi-finals, and 5 advanced to finals.
